Welcome back to a recap of our trip across United States and day 24 of our journey. We continue to be amazed at the beauty of the county side we are traversing. What a wonderful opportunity we have had to explore vastness and diversity of this great land. We were on the road at 11 and traveled from Peru, IL through North Utica, IL, Oglesby, IL finally settling in El Paso, IL for the evening. Today we only traveled 3 hours covering 63 miles yet we saw some of the most beautiful sites anyone could imagine. Thank you for your kind words. It is so funny how pictures cannot fully capture the whole beauty of scenes like that. There were so many places we visited that we could have stayed for hours just staring.
