So I left off how I was placed in the shelter and my people, Audrey, came in, fell in love with me and took me home.  This is the best part or the worse part that will really tug at your heart and show you the wonderful character my people mommy Audrey has.  Just before she adopted me the Dr. or they call themselves Veterinarians (they should just call Dr.’s Vets too) shared that I had this thing called “heart worm”.  Well you dogs out there know this is more serious then a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs, wol.  The Vet said that if I don’t get treated I will die.  Wow, I was sitting in the room when the Vet told my people, Audrey this news and I was so scared she wouldn’t want me.  To my surprise though she, without a blink of an eye, said something like, well what can we do to cure little Emma.  Wow, I’ll tell you, I was howling on the inside when I heard her say she was willing to pay a lot of money to save my life.  I don’t know how much it would be in people currency but I just know I could buy a lot of “nylabones” with what she was gonna fork out.  So now you know what I meant by the fact it’s a miracle that I’m 8 years young.  Let me see that means in people talk I’m really 56.  I sure don’t feel 8 or even 56.  I’m still a puppy at heart because my people mommy Audrey takes such great care of me.  Okay, I need to sign off now I have to go in my crate while my people go out shopping again.  Wow, this brown truck keeps driving up every day with the letters f,e,d, e,x on the side. I don’t know what it stands for but he seems to know my peoples on a first name basis.  Okay, keep your nose to the ground okay.  Ahh, I forget you peoples probably don’t know what that means so I’ll explain later.
